In 2022, the management team at Bova took a serious look at our growth needs and decided to expand vertically to accommodate additional office and meeting room space. This allowed our staff to relocate physically from different areas of the shop to improve teamwork and in-person communication. It also allowed us to improve workflow on the shop floor, reorganizing equipment, materials, and resources to gain greater production efficiencies.
